I've seen this trick on multiple occasions, yet I still find it impossible. I would appreciate if some real magician out there gave us a hint, or helped us solve this one. I just hope it has nothing to do with fake billiard balls, since this would ruin my experience with this trick. The video below is somehow short - It lasts only half a minute, but you'll be amazed what can be done in such short period of time :) If you haven't already, after watching this flick, be sure to check our newest hidden tiger illusion no.2. I promise no funny stuff this time!

He must be bring in the second and third ball with his other hand. All I can figure it that he is hiding on ball behind the other. Unless of course they are like half balls and hiding inside each other. In any event, it is a very cool trick.

Hah! well good, maybe the shot freezes and they add another ball and then un-freeze it? and this is the first time i realized that this has spell check, or is it new? well good stuff :)

Great trick. Looks like the ball is fed in with the other hand, palmed and rolled round the back of the hand with gravity acting as the magic glue before being rolled into place between the fingers.. Looks like it needs a lot of practice..

Ok... I just asked my father and he told me how to do it... He even showed it to me right then and there! I don't know how much I should give away but I will tell you that there really are more than one balls and they aren't just a bunch of half-hollow balls... I don't know how much more I should give away but if you REALLY want to know the answer, or would just like addisional hints, than you can e-mail me either at linemasterjorbob@yahoo.com or linemasterjorbob@gmail.com

I hate to be the one to ruin your day, but it does have to do with fake balls. Since it's a really old trick I'm not giving much away here.

The fake ball in this case is hollow, and only half a ball. It fits snugly over another ball. By dropping the other ball out and presenting only the outside of the half-ball, it looks like one ball has been multiplied by two. Then the other hand comes in carrying another ball, which is tucked into the half-ball on the pretext of moving the ball from one location to another. So two balls then become "three", the hand comes in with yet another ball, and the same thing is repeated. Total: three real balls; one half ball.

No, it's not "fake billiard balls". (Only one of the balls is fake.)

I know it! it's like several caps on one ball. You can buy kits for it at some shops

    EXACTLY!

I think jose is right about the other hand bringing the balls in and also about there being one half ball, cause the new ball always appears between the first and second fingers, so it must be slipping off the main thumb and forefinger ball. plus if you look he adjusts that ball everytime he moves the others, fixing the half ball i assume.
